Welcome to AJ Fairley Art and Wildflower & Thread. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1 – Handmade Nature
All items are handmade or artist-produced in small batches. Each piece is unique — variations in texture, placement, or colour are part of the character of the work.
2 – Ordering
When you purchase through the website, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Your order is accepted once payment is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable or listed with an error.
3 – Prices
All prices are shown in GBP. AJ Fairley Art and Wildflower & Thread reserve the right to adjust prices or correct errors at any time.
4 – Intellectual Property
All artworks, designs, product names, photos, and text are protected by copyright and remain the property of the artist. Please do not copy, reproduce, or resell without written permission.
5 – Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. All products are for personal, decorative use only and not intended for commercial resale without consent.

📦 SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time

Original artworks: dispatched within 3-5 business days

Print-on-demand items: produced and shipped directly from the manufacturer (times vary, but usually within 3–5 business days) Print on Demand products include Fine Art Giclee Prints, Framed Posters, Mugs, Greeting Cards.

Bookmarks: dispatched within 3-5 business days of order

Wildflower & Thread bags: usually ship within 7 days of order.

Monster Tote Bags are subject to size of order (Feral or Mini Monster Tote) and the delivery timeframes selected by the customer at checkout: shipping times vary between 1 and 4 weeks.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship within the UK but are looking into international shipping for 2026.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery and to minimise environmental impact.

Because every product is unique, pattern placement and finish may differ slightly from the photos.
Returns
We want you to love your order. If there’s a problem, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at ajfairleyart@gmail.com so we can resolve it.

Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and description of the fault, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
